McKenna and Cali’s Community Project

Support McKenna and Cali’s Community Project for the Jimmy V Foundation! McKenna and Cali, 8th-grade students at Corbett Prep in Tampa, FL, are proud to lead a fundraiser for the Jimmy V Foundation as part of their MYP Community Project. This initiative represents the culmination of their Service as Action journey in the IB-MYP program. McKenna’s inspiration stems from a personal experience—her grandmother passed away from metastatic breast cancer nearly two years ago. Through this loss, she discovered that many cancer charities allocate limited funds to research for a cure. That’s why McKenna and Cali chose the Jimmy V Foundation, which donates 100% of its proceeds directly to cancer research. Join us in supporting their mission to make a difference! Every dollar raised helps bring hope and progress toward a cure for cancer. Together, we can honor their hard work and contribute to this critical cause.
