The V Foundation for Cancer Research is committed to providing grant opportunities for all-star researchers that combat health inequities around all types of cancer. Researchers funded by the V Foundation focused on racial disparities in cancer outcomes have collectively generated over 1,200 patents and been connected to over 125 clinical trials.
The V Foundation is also dedicated to developing and retaining a diverse workforce, fostering a safe and respectful company culture, investing in educational opportunities, and creating meaningful content, events, and experiences that resonates with and represents our global audience.
Through our employee-led DEI Committee, we are constantly learning and engaging staff in activities, training, open conversations, and small group discussions.
We also are proud to partner with The Inclusion Firm, a global consulting practice that focuses on developing inclusive strategies for organizational change. Their work is grounded in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion research, theories, and frameworks into nonprofit organizational environments.
