Rick is a tech industry veteran who serves on the boards of CohesionIB, Saviynt, Neat Video, Disruptive Technologies and Next DLP. A self-professed student of leadership, Rick compliments his traditional board duties by providing C-suite coaching, business strategy counsel, operational advisory, and route-to-market consulting.
In 2019, Rick retired as a Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems after nearly ten years with the company – and over 30 years in the technology industry. Rick led the Americas Partner Sales Organization as well as the Global and Strategic Partner Organization while at Cisco. Prior to this, Rick was President of TANDBERG, where he helped scale the company to over $1B in revenue before Cisco’s 2010 acquisition of TANDBERG for $3.5B.
Rick became active with the V Foundation thru the Dick Vitale Gala in 2018 and has deepened his involvement with the V Team every year since then, joining the Board in 2023. Rick and his wife, Leslie, have four children and are based in Naples, Florida. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University in Maryland.
